    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 4220--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §46A-6-111, relating to requirements for agreements wherein consumers waive their rights to trials by jury on claims arising from related consumer transactions; ensuring the court is not bound to find all or part of the contract enforceable, unenforceable, conscionable or unconscionable; and applying this section to all contracts entered on or after January 1, 2015.
